Two Halton swimmers achieved National Age Group Youth times and competed at Sheffield in 2008.

Andrew Mathews (50M) Freestyle and William Warburton (100M Backstroke (Overall 10th) and Breaststroke)

With 50M pool training now available at Wavertree Pool to senior Halton swimmers there will be many more such swimmers in the future as Halton continues to produce senior swimmers of a very high standard.
